Welcome to SixDOT Strategies. These Terms of Use explain what you can expect from our services and what we ask of you in return. By subscribing to a plan, booking a session, or otherwise using this website, you agree to these terms.

About our services

SixDOT Strategies provides one-on-one job search support. Depending on the plan you choose, this may include curated job openings delivered to your inbox, resume reviews, cover letter templates, monthly coaching calls, and interview coaching sessions. Our role is to guide and support you. You remain in control of your own job search at every step.

Your responsibilities

To get the most from our work together, you agree to:

• Submit your own job applications. We curate openings and prepare you to apply with confidence, and you decide where and when to apply.
• Provide accurate and honest information about your background so the support we give you is relevant.
• Use our services for lawful purposes and treat our communications and materials respectfully.

What we do not promise

We bring real experience, genuine care, and a recruiter's perspective to your search, and we will work hard alongside you. We cannot guarantee that you will receive a job offer, an interview, or any particular outcome, because hiring decisions rest with employers and depend on many factors outside our control. What we promise is honest, dedicated support built around your strengths.

Plans, payments, and billing

Our prices are listed in United States dollars and are processed securely through Stripe. Monthly support plans are recurring subscriptions that renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and your cancellation stops future billing. Interview coaching sessions and packages are one-time purchases. By providing your payment details, you authorize the charges shown for the plan or session you select.

Booking and rescheduling

Please book sessions at least forty-eight hours in advance. Rush bookings made within forty-eight hours of the session carry an additional ten US dollar fee. If you need to reschedule, let us know as early as you can so we can find a new time that works for you. Session packages are valid for the period stated in each plan, such as sixty days for the three session package.

Refunds and cancellations

You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time, and cancelling stops your next payment. When you cancel, you keep access to the support you have already paid for through the end of your current billing period. Because curated openings and guidance are delivered throughout the month, payments already made for the current period are not refunded.

For interview coaching, you may reschedule or cancel a session with at least forty-eight hours notice and move it to another time or receive a full refund of that session. If you cancel with less than forty-eight hours notice, or do not attend a scheduled session, that session is not refundable. For session packages, any unused sessions can be refunded at the single session rate, minus the value of the sessions already used, as long as the package has not expired. If something on our end prevents a session from happening, we will reschedule it or refund it in full.

If you ever feel a service did not deliver what was promised, reach out to us. We want you to feel supported, and we will work with you in good faith to make it right.

Intellectual property

The content on this website, along with the templates, guides, and written materials we create for our services, belongs to SixDOT Strategies. Materials we prepare for you are for your personal job search use. Please do not resell or redistribute them without our permission.

Confidentiality

We treat the personal and career information you share with us as confidential and use it only to support your job search, as described in our Privacy Policy. We ask that you treat any private feedback and materials we share with you with the same respect.

Limitation of liability

We provide our services with care and in good faith. To the fullest extent allowed by law, SixDOT Strategies is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our services, including employment decisions made by third parties. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to our services and these terms

We may update our plans, pricing, and these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These Terms of Use, and any concern arising from your use of our services, are governed by applicable law. If a concern cannot be resolved together, it will be handled under the governing law that applies to our services and to your use of them. Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under the laws that apply to you which cannot be set aside by agreement.
